BIKINI EMPIRE INDEPENDANT SALES REP: CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, UK, SCANDANAVIA
Compensation: 10% commission We’re looking for someone to get to know Bikini Empire and feel confident about representing the brand:
The Independent Sales Rep Will:
1. Actively develop new accounts and follow-up on provided leads.
2. Schedule appointments to represent Bikini Empire and present the line in meetings with buyers.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Promptly and efficiently communicate with Bikini Empire about account information, needs, and issues.
5. Service existing accounts with periodic shop visits. Respond to shop customer service issues and problems promptly.
6. Turn in pre-orders and orders by specified deadlines.
7.Meet or exceed sales goals
8.Provide updates to management on progress of assigned territory.
To be Successful You’ll Have:
1. Preferably 1 year+ sales as an Independent Sales Rep. Experience in the following industries a plus: swimwear, surf, skate, ethical fahion, yoga wear, fashion.
2. Established reputable relationships with accounts in relative regions.
3. Experience with brand development.
4. Consistently demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
5. Residence in relevant territory.
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Solid organization and computer skills with working knowledge of Excel, Google Docs or some other spreadsheet generating program.
8. Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and sales driven. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an autonomous environment with minimal direction or supervision. The ideal Independent Sales Rep will already be working in the industry selling complementary, but not directly competitive products (ex: surfboards, sunglasses, shoes, clothing etc) … Sound like you?
